Oh, shweet. Wicked vector. I think it would be rock'n as a tattoo, that's for sure. Nice use of colors as well. Can't say that there's anything I could suggest to impove on it. To be honest though, I would have loved to have just seen it on a white background, no fiddle-faddle "sunshine ray" thing going on, but that's just personal preference. It doesn't take anything away at all.
